Prism Ads Terms of Service

Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Prism Ads (the "Tool"), operated by Prism Jiu Jitsu LLC ("Prism," "we," "us"), 205 W Mission Ave, Suite S, Escondido, CA 92025. By signing in to or using the Tool, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Tool.

Authorized Use Only

Prism Ads is a private, internal tool that Prism uses to report on and manage its own Google Ads advertising account. Only Prism Jiu Jitsu owners and staff whom Prism has authorized may use it. The Tool is not offered, sold, or made available to the public or to other businesses. You may use the Tool only for Prism's internal business purposes, and you may not share your access with anyone.

Google Account Access

When you sign in with Google, you give the Tool permission to access Google Ads account data through the Google Ads API. To sign you in, the Tool may also receive basic profile information from Google, such as your name and email address. The Tool uses this access only to report on and manage Prism Jiu Jitsu's own Google Ads campaigns. We do not sell Google user data or use it for any other purpose.

You can revoke the Tool's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. After you revoke access, the Tool can no longer reach your Google data.

Google Policies

Prism Ads' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The Tool is also used in line with the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions. You agree to use the Tool in a way that follows these policies.

No Warranty

The Tool is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Tool will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that its reports will be complete or accurate. Check important numbers in Google Ads before you act on them.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prism will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or lost ad spend, arising from use of the Tool. Nothing in these Terms limits any right a Prism employee has under employment law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date. If you keep using the Tool after an update, you accept the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
